Fees

Fees for a standard session with one of our clinical psychologists range from $235 to $300. This is the full fee before any rebate.​

Fees for a standard session with one of our occupational therapists range from $193 to $220. This is the full fee before any rebate.​

​

Please note all fees are based on recommendations from professional guidelines, including the Australian Psychological Society and the NDIS hourly rate for psychologists and occupational therapists.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

​​

Our fees are aligned with the current NDIS Price Guide and can be fully covered through your NDIS plan, depending on your individual funding and goals. NDIS funding may cover services such as:

​

• Functional Capacity Assessments

• Ongoing psychology and occupational therapy sessions

• Ongoing liaison and collaboration with key individuals within your support network

• Assistive technology assessments and reports

• Home modification assessments and recommendations

• Travel to home, school, or community locations for assessment and therapy (as applicable)

 

 Services are invoiced directly to your plan manager or, for self-managed participants, payable by you and claimable through your NDIS portal.

Please note:

• We do not currently offer services for NDIA-managed participants.

• Any travel, report writing, or additional preparation time will be discussed and agreed upon at the outset through a service agreement.

Medicare

​​

Medicare for Clinical Psychologist Services

​

You can access a Medicare rebates with one of our clinical psychologists, by obtaining a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), provided by your GP or specialist under the 'Better Access to Psychiatrists, Psychologists and General Practitioners' initiative. You will need to provide us with a copy of your GP Referral Letter prior to your first session to be able to claim your Medicare rebate.​

​

• A MHTP provides access to Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year.

• After your first 6 sessions you will need to return to your GP to review your progress, after which they can provide a re-referral for an additional 4 sessions, if required.​

• The current Medicare rebate for a standard consultation with a clinical psychologist is $141.85.​

Medicare for Occupational Therapist Services

There are several options for a Medicare rebate to help cover the cost of Occupational Therapy services. To access these rebates, you must provide us with a valid GP or Specialist Referral Letter prior to your first appointment.

 

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP / formerly EPC)

• Provides up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year (shared across disciplines like OT, physiotherapy, psychology, etc.)

• Medicare rebates for Occupational Therapists of up to $58.30 per session can be accessed through this plan

• Available to individuals with a chronic medical condition (lasting 6 months or longer)

• Requires a referral and plan from your GP

Better Access (Mental Health Treatment Plan)

• Occupational therapist can provide focussed psychological strategies through a MHTP under the Better Access Initiative.

• A MHTP provides access to Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year.

• These sessions can be conducted face to face or via telehealth.

• After your first 6 sessions you will need to return to your GP to review your progress, after which they can provide a re-referral for an additional 4 sessions, if required.​

• The current Medicare rebate for a standard consultation with an occupational therapist under a MHTP is $92.90.

Helping Children with Autism / Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD)

• Individuals can access this care plan with a valid Paediatrician referral

• 20 Occupational Therapy sessions can be accessed up until an individual is 15 years old

• The current Medicare rebate for a standard consultation with an occupational therapist under this intiative is is $84.80.

Private Health Insurance/Private Payment

​

If you plan to use private health insurance for your treatment or pay privately without any rebate, you do not need a referral.

​

Private Health Insurance may provide you with rebates for both psychology and occupational therapy services if you have Extras cover. Please check your level of cover with your provider. You do not need a referral to claim private health insurance.

​

Please note, you cannot claim both Medicare and Private Health Insurance at the same time, but can use Private Health insurance after using all 10 Medicare subsidised sessions.
