Plant Mirror Reflection

Children & Adolescents

Growing up can be tough. We help children and teens manage challenges like anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, school difficulties, traumatic experiences, low self-esteem, bullying and social issues, and more. Our psychologists use age-appropriate therapies—including play-based techniques, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and family involvement—to support emotional wellbeing and healthy development.

Adult Mental Health

Life’s pressures, past experiences, or current struggles can affect anyone. We support adults dealing with a broad range of mental health problems including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and chronic mood problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, perinatal mental health problems, grief, burnout, relationship problems, personality difficulties, and more. Our psychologists work collaboratively with you using evidence-based therapies to improve mental health and help you regain control, clarity, and confidence.

Couples & Family Therapy

Relationships can be a source of both joy and stress. We offer therapy for couples and families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and navigate major life transitions. Our goal is to create stronger, healthier connections—whether you're facing ongoing difficulties or just need support through a tough time.

NDIS Participants

We proudly support individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our psychologists work with NDIS participants (self-managed and plan-managed) to improve emotional wellbeing, develop social skills, manage behaviours, and build independence. We tailor our approach to each participant’s goals and support needs. We offer NDIS participants psychological therapy in our East Victoria Park clinic, via telehealth, or home visits.
