Psychology
Services
Our Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists support children, adolescents, adults, and families in Perth across all stages of life.

We offer evidence-based therapy for a range of mental health concerns, child difficulties, and disability, with a focus on practical outcomes alongside deeper, meaningful change.
The therapeutic relationship sits at the heart of our approach, with each client seen as an individual and care shaped around their unique experiences, background, and goals. Therapy typically draws on a range of approaches and is adapted to suit each person, in a collaborative and flexible way.
Support is available both in-person at our South Perth clinic and via Telehealth, making it easier to access care in a way that fits your life. NDIS participants can also access home, school, and community support.

Children & Adolescents
Growing up can be tough. We help children and teenagers manage challenges like anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, emotional regulation, school difficulties, traumatic experiences, low self-esteem, bullying and social issues, and more. Our psychologists use age-appropriate therapies, including play-based techniques, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and family involvement to support emotional wellbeing and healthy development.
Adult Mental Health
Life’s pressures, past experiences, or current struggles can affect anyone. We support adults dealing with a broad range of mental health problems including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and chronic mood problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, eating disorders, perinatal mental health problems, grief and loss, relationship problems, burnout and workplace-related problems, personality difficulties, adjustment difficulties and more. Our psychologists work collaboratively with you using evidence-based therapies to improve mental health at a meaningful level and help you regain control, clarity, and confidence. Our psychologists are also trained in multiple trauma-processing approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
Couples & Family Therapy
Relationships can be a source of both joy and stress. We offer therapy for couples and families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and navigate major life transitions. Our goal is to create stronger, healthier connections, whether you're facing ongoing difficulties or just need support through a tough time.
EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, employer-funded service providing short term therapy and support for employees with personal or work-related issues (e.g. stress, relationship issues, mental health).
Please Note: EAP services are only available for individuals with eligible employers. Please check with your HR Team if you are unsure of your eligibility.

NDIS Psychology
We proudly support individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our psychologists work with NDIS participants (self-managed and plan-managed) to improve emotional wellbeing, develop social skills, manage behaviours, and build independence.
We tailor our approach to each participant’s goals and support needs.
